Certified Emotionally Focused Couples Therapist (EFT) and Supervisor

Kathryn Rheem, M.S., is a licensed clinical marriage and family therapist with a specialty in couples’ therapy. She has worked extensively with CEOs, military personnel, combat-related trauma and the impacts of high stress on couple dynamics. She has also published on the change process as it relates to the field of couples’ therapy. Along with Susan M. She also presents Communicating to Connect to groups of CEOs and their partners with her husband, Don, throughout the U.S.

As a certified EFT therapist and supervisor, Kathryn helps couples and individuals develop skills to restore trust, communicate and express feelings effectively, understand and resolve differences, and enhance intimacy (www.eft.ca). It is Kathryn’s passion to help couples, families, and individuals repair their connections and create secure and lasting bonds with those who matter the most.

“Individuals can be healthier, relationships can be strengthened, family bonds can be stronger, and we can be nourished by our secure attachments with those we hold most dear. This is accomplished with tools that increase our authenticity and more clearly express our needs. Creating secure and healthy connections with those who matter the most can help us feel better and help heal our relationships.”
